PM Kisan Yojana - Both husband and wife will get 6 thousand Rupees in PM Kisan. Know What is the Reality?

PM Kisan Yojana is a scheme launched by the Government of India in February 2019 to provide financial assistance to small and marginal farmers across the country. The scheme aims to provide income support to farmers by providing them with direct cash transfers of Rs. 6000 per year in three installments.

Under the scheme, the central government provides financial assistance of Rs. 6000 per year to eligible farmers, which is directly transferred to their bank accounts. The scheme covers farmers who own up to 2 hectares of land and aims to provide financial assistance to around 12 crore farmers in the country.

    To be eligible for the PM Kisan Yojana, farmers must have a valid Aadhaar card, own cultivable land up to 2 hectares, and be registered as farmers with the government. The scheme also allows for the inclusion of landless farmers, sharecroppers, and tenant farmers through the creation of Farmer Families' Declaration Forms.

The PM Kisan Yojana has been widely popular among farmers and has been credited with providing significant financial relief to them. The scheme has also helped in increasing farmers' income and improving their standard of living, thereby contributing to the overall growth of the agriculture sector in India.

PM Kisan Yojana - Many schemes are being run by the Modi government at the center to increase the income of the farmers. The name of the most ambitious scheme among these is 'Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana' (PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana).

 Under the scheme, every year an amount of 6 thousand rupees is sent to the accounts of the farmers. This amount is sent to the beneficiary in three installments annually. Till now 13 installments have been sent, the farmers are waiting for the 14th installment.

  • The financial assistance of Rs. 6000 per year is provided in three equal installments of Rs. 2000 each, which are disbursed every four months.

  • The government has allocated a budget of Rs. 75000 crore for the PM Kisan Yojana for the financial year 2021-22, which is a significant increase from the previous year's allocation.
  • The scheme has been praised for its simplicity and efficiency in providing financial support to farmers, and has been adopted by several states across the country.

2-2 Thousand Rupees are Available in three Installments.

Under the PM Kisan Yojana, the government gives 2-2 thousand rupees to the farmers in three installments in a year. This money is transferred to the farmers' account at an interval of every four months. Often there is a question in people's mind whether both husband and wife can take advantage of this scheme. This has already been clarified by the government.

Two People Cannot take Advantage Together

According to the rules of the government, only one person in a farmer's family can take the benefit of PM Kisan Yojana. Under the scheme, a farmer can enroll his own name or the name of any member of his family. Therefore, two people cannot avail the benefits of this scheme simultaneously. Many people are believing such rumours.

  To take advantage of the scheme, farmers have to verify the land records. e-KYC has to be completed online. After completing this, farmers will have to register by visiting the official website of PM Kisan Yojana. If you want to take advantage of the scheme, then you have to make sure that the information about your bank account and Aadhaar number is correct.
